For the first time, Para-Taekwondo will play a part in the IWAS Games programme.

Set to take place as a demostration sport at the IWAS World Junior Games 2014, what better place to show everyone what the sport is about.

In March 2014 the IPC announced that Para-Taekwondo had been selected to move forward to the second rounds of Paralympic Sports to be added to the 2020 Paralympic Games Programme.

IWAS is excited to be able to include Para-Taekwondo in our multi sport competitions for athletes aged under 23, and therefore hopefully inspire future athletes for the sport.
